Default Powerpoint 2007 slideshow on website

I have a client that upgraded all of their desktops to Office 2007. Now when viewing Powerpoint slideshows (2003 or 2007) on their intranet site the file opens in standard mode not slideshow mode. If I save the file locally it opens as expected, as a slideshow.

The website is running TomCat on top of IIS. I was able to replicate the issue on a standard Server 2003 with IIS 6 installed.

The issue occurs with IE6 or IE7.

When they open it with Powerpoint 2003 it opens as expected, as a slideshow.

Has anyone seen this?

Thanks,
Jaycapper
