Converting a PowerPoint for touchscreen kiosk

Hello. I have a touchscreen for a kiosk, which allows a CF Card, which allows mpeg-3 and picture files.

Does anyone know if mpeg-2 retains the interactivity of the powerpoint presentation?

Meaning, the buttons, animations, etc.. giving the viewer full control over going back and forth between slides, etc.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
