VBA or multiple text boxes?
Part of the presentation I'm making includes a quiz. I have on the slide twenty buttons (Q1-20) and corresponding text boxes which appear with the questions in. The idea was that you click on the button and the question appears, but it's very sluggish - not sure if that's because of the animation or the sheer number of text boxes. Would it be easier to do this kind of thing with VBA and just have one text box? Thanks Chris |

Maybe describe HOW you currently do this in version 2000?

Sorry
There are twenty question boxes, q1-20 and answer boxes, a1-20. Q1-20 are laid out as an array, whereas a1-20 are on top of each other (1 at bottom, 20 on top) a1 has its animated entrance triggered by clicking on q1 button and its exit triggered by clicking on a1 itself. I'm actually using Powerpoint 2007 though, if that makes a difference? Thanks Chris |

2007 makes a big difference! 2000 doesn't support triggers.
I don't see any reason why that would run slowly can you post a sample somewhere |
