Default Printing in white data in a colored PowerPoint 2007 Chart

Does anyone know how to print white data values in Powerpoint 2007 charts. It doesn't work if you switch to Black & White or grayscale either.
everything prints in black. When bar charts (are Red) data values (are white), when printing in black and white or grayscale, charts are black and data values are darker black.

I've switched printers and tried everything.
when printing in color everything is perfect.
