insert a downward block arrow shape between each rounded rectangle shape.
Put one arrow in between each rectangle. You will have two arrows.

where do they go in between the empty white gaps?

I mut be losing my eyesight since I don't see that.
The blue shapes are rounded rectangles.
Put a block arrow between the "After signing..." shape and the "Locate.." shape.
Put the other arrow between "Locate..." and the "When the..." shape.

can you make the arrows on the pic and paste it on the forum here?
