Default Email Selected Slides

Hi, I have seen someone selecting several slides in a big presentation file and with several clicks from Powerpoint, create an Outlook email with the slides as attachment.

I could not figure out how it is done. Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Default E-mail PowerPoint Attachments

Hi,

Open the PowerPoint, click on the first slide, hold down the control key and then click & selectthe other slides that you require.

Then go to save as, click on file type and select PDF, click on the options and select selection only, give it a file name and it will create a PDF of the slides you selected.

Create an email in the usual way, and add attachment.

Hope this helps.
