Update powerpoint on a server without closing an opening

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a way to update a powerpoint we have in our office that is displayed up on a 42" TV - its on a network the saved file. Just wondering if there is a way to update on the saved file and not close the powerpoint and the changes reflect on the screen?

Any ideas?
