PowerPoint removes urlencoding on links
Hello Everyone,
I'm having a problem with creating hyperlinks. If I add a hyperlink to anything (picture, text or whatever), that has GET parameters attached to it, then the link will not work. The GET parameters are initially url encoded (have %20 for spaces %3A for :s and so forth). When I copy them in for the hyperlinks and test it in preview mode they actually do work, but then if I save the presentation, close the program and reopen it, then when previewing they no longer work, they will open up in a browser and they are in fact the correct addresses, but the browser doesn't actually display the pages becaue the url encoding has been removed. Is there a way around this??? Kyle |
