Default is it possible to change office default colors?

Hello,

here comes my question. I need to add 20 colors to the color palett (image 1) of pp. But i can't change the default colors of pp.
If i do it via »more colors…« (image 2) i can creat a color pallet, but this is saved on my local computer (MAC) and won't be in the template.

Any PC/PPT champe can help me or tell me where to find help?

thank you
