Hyperlinks not working!

Hi everyone,

I have a huge ppt that contains 1700+ slides and I have set hyperlinks for all of them.All the hyperlinks connect to the slides within the file. Howerver, after checking, only the links in a few lastest slides are working, the other are not.
My offfice vesion is 2003, and the hyperlinks are set into texboxes, that means when I click on a textbox(that contains text) , the link will direct to another internal slide.

Are there any solution? I really don't want to re-do everything from the start... 1k7+ slides@@

I believe this is because the maximum number of links you can have in Text Boxes in a presentation is 31. You could try splitting up your presentation and then linking them together so that they run concurrently as one presentation.
