Default Change bullet form and color

We have designed a designtemplate and in the master i have chekked that the bullets is shown correctly (black dot).
When we use the template and put in a Organizationdiagram the bullets has changed to read and a different form.

How can we make them equal (we want the bullet to be permant (black dot) in new documents based on the template.

Is the organizationdiagrams based on another list?
