HELP PLEASE!!!! Custom pie charts

I am looking how to make a chart with a main circle add 5 or 6 rings around it with the rings being cut into sections.

any body have any ideas?

so as far as a flow chart would go like this. sorry if its confusing.

Hello, I think you can do this only in Office 2007-2010.
