Is there a way to resize a picture using the keyboard?

right click on image and go into the size and position settings

Thanks so much.......truly helpful.

One more question on resizing the picture: I thought of the way you mentioned, but I thought it would distort the pictures (screw up the proportions? Am I correct?

there is a toggle for keeping proportions... why do you need to use keyboard and not just drag the corner of the image?
