I am in a school setting. Computers are running Win 7 32 bit, with Office 2010. When students trying to insert audio to power point presentation it fails with the following error "PP cannot perform this operation because teh audio device is unavailable. Check to see if the speakers are plugged in and the audio device is working, and then try again." I have tried finding information on this, but without luck. Is it required to have speakers or headset connected to be able to add audio files? If not how do I work around this. So far it looks like i will be purchasing a boat load of headsets. Thanks.

Hi there, In the past when I've tried to play music in a powerpoint the problem was the source of the music. If I remember rightly it had to be saved in the same folder as the powerpoint so the path could be found. Do you think this might be something similar or is something completely different?
