Resolution mismatch
Hi,
I was always wondering why PP shows slides bigger than I have them on design stage? What can I do to preserve same size of slides during presentation as they are in reality? I hope you understood what I mean |

Because no one could answer the question, I suppose this is not possible to do as you can easily do it in Keynote?

Look at the bottom right corner of PPT and you will see the zoom slider that lets you make your design slide smaller or bigger for editing purposes.

Editing isn't the issue, but how the PP show up the presentation. Everything is interpolated!

Hi Adforum - have you right clicked and looked at the size of your photo when editing? I'm sure you have! When I just had a quick look I noticed that the picture I chose was much bigger in the original than it was after messing around with it. In other words I'm sure it's a safe bet when reducing the size (of the photo) for the slide the resolution will be ok on the presentation but if I increase the size then it will pixelate. If you've got something like photoshop I'm sure it could help.

Hi I've just seen in the right click 'size and position' tab you can also adjust the resolution, and in 2007 there is a 'best fit' option too - lots of things to play around with.
