Changing opacity of a picture on powerpoint
I'm working an a presentation and want to change the opacity of a picture I've inserted into a slide. What I want to do is to have the picture start out with normal opacity, and then gradually change the transparency and keep it that way for the rest of the slide while some text appears. I know there is an effect for changing the transparency, but the change is abrupt and not gradual. Can someone help me out? Is it ever possible to do this?

Opacity
Here is a work around:
1) Duplicate the image 2) Select one of the images and add the Emphasis/Transparency effect to one of the images 3) Place the image with transparency in the back and stack both images 4) Add the effect exit Fade to the top image Hopefully this helps http://www.powerpointdesign247.com |
