Default Automatically update web images on Powerpoint

Hello, I'm seeing if there is a way to automatically update web images imported into a powerpoint presentation? I already have my presentation set up to grab the latest image from a particular site when I open a new powerpoint session, but I want it to where it will automatically update throughout the day while in a loop/play slideshow mode.

I want to display the latest hurricane tracks from the National Hurricane Center's website over a TV in my office. The track image gets updated 4 times a day. Ideally I would like to run a powerpoint in a continuous loop which will update those images automatically. Any thoughts?
