PowerPoint to video
Hello.
So I have to create a movie from a PowerPoint presentation so that I can get the animations/timings out of PowerPoint and into Adobe Captivate 5, otherwise I have to manually create them. On Office 2011 for Mac, when I export a movie, the transitions do not occur into the movie. Same when I do it on PowerPoint 2007 for PC/Windows 7. No different with Wondershare's PPT2DVD/PPT2Video. Without having to use Captivate (which I own), HOW can I get these animations out? This is SOOOO annoying. And, I don't want to have to purchase more software (different if it is free and not going to watermark). Thanks, Mike |

actually, he was right. he said to use office 2010, which they only make for a pc. i was facing the same dilemma you were, trying to export my pp 2011 presentation to a video with animations, and just by chance received a fresh copy of office 2010 for school. after reading his post, i tried it and it worked beautifully! runs a little slow since it actually exports the animation, but hey saved me a headache. get 2010 and you'll get what you want, i finally did! thanks!
