Default Can I stop the right click "move here" feature?

Everytime I right click to get to the formatting screen the object that I click on either jumps and moves and/or I get the "move here / copy here" popup. I hate that thing. Can I get rid of it, or is there an place to disable it?

And why do my objects move every time I right click on them?

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong - does this happen to everyone?
I'd really be grateful if someone could tell me how to stop these two annoying things!

Thanks tons!
