Multiple PPT files in different windows?
Is it possible to have several presentations open, each in its own PowerPoint window?
Or does PowerPoint only allow a single main window, so the only way to see two presentations side-by-side is to tile or cascade them from the View tab? I know with Excel, if I have a spreadsheet already open, I can open a blank spreadsheet in a different window from the Start menu and then use the File menu to open the second spreadsheet. But this doesn't seem to work with PowerPoint, and I can't find a setting anywhere that will let me do it. Did someone decide this was an option we didn't need anymore? (wrong...) Caroline |
