Exclamation Linking to a slide

Hello,

im new here and my English is not that good, but i give it a shot!

So im a trainee from my school in the IT-department of a big company.
They gave me an assignment to do a powerpoint presentation that runs in the s.c "infoTV:s", so that the whole company can see if theres gonna be some meetings e.tc...

They wanted the presentation to be linked, so lets says person1 have one of the slides on hes computer, person2 has another one et.c..
The files must also update automaticly. Ex: person1 changes something in hes slide, then it must change in the main powerpoint file!

I have been struggling with this for about 2 hour now, and i cant find a solution. I will gladly try out all solutions u guys have!
