Video Playback Issues
Good morning folks,
I have created a series of Powerpoint (2007) presentations which include videos. I have made sure that the links to the videos are relative using the "Package for CD" menu item. I have checked the links to confirm that they are indeed not absolute links. The videos all play fine on my computer. For some reason though, when I send the Powerpoints to the end user, he is having problems. From his description it sounds like he is able to run the Powerpoint files fine but the videos only play once. Everything works fine the first time he runs the presentation, but on any subsequent runs the videos fail to play. He has tried to re-extract the files and they play again, but only once. Any ideas or suggestions what might be going wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Glen |

As an addendum to the above, the end user is using Powerpoint 2010.
Thanks again. Glen |
