Updating an embedded sound throughout a long presentation
I have search extensively for how to do this, so I hops someone here can help. I have a long presentation where with extensive and complex animation (long story), including several embedded .wav sound effects that are used in many animation sequences. I have decided that I don't like one of the sounds and I want to replace it throughout. Obviously I know I can open every animation that uses the sound, but I am hoping there is an easy way to change it once throughout. I have tried embedding the new sound again with the same filename, but no joy. It just adds a second instance of the file in the embedded file list. Any ideas? I am using a mixture of both Powerpoint 2003 and 2010 (another long story!). Thanks! |
