Table update in running presentation
I have a looped (it keeps on running) PowerPoint presentation that contains a table linked to an excell spread sheet. The PP file is stored in a folder together with the excell file on a server. I would like to update the data in the cells in the spreadsheet from one computer and have PP display them on another computer. I know I can stop the looped presentation and the next time I'll open the presentation it will have the revised data from the spread sheet. However I would like to have the presentation to update without stopping/restarting. Is this possible? If not, could it be acheived adding a third program or changing to any other programs? |
