Help with video

I have several videos in my first slide. When I run slideshow they are running (videos are playing). I have hyperlinks next to each video which jump to a corresponding slide which has a larger version of the same video running.



The problem is that when I jump back to first slide the videos won't play unless I click on them.

Any help would be appreciated.
