Default Scheduling of presentations

I would like to create various presentations to run on a tv monitor at our restaurant. Probably have one for each day of the week that might have that day's special as well as what is coming the next day or so. I'd like to have the system automated so that on Monday between 9am and 2:30pm, presentation XYZ plays but yet between 5:00pm and 9:00pm on Monday, presentation 123 plays.

What can I use to make this happen?
