Default Creating an info board for a hotel lobby...

Hey guys

So I created a ppt to be used in the lobby of the hotel I work out to provide conference info and promotional material. The presentation is split in two with the left (static) side being used for the events while the right side has changing promotions.

The events portion will change daily and as such needs to be updated daily. Right now to update you have to type all the info into the first slide then copy/paste it into all the others. What I'm trying to find out is if there's a way to type the info into the first slide and have the others setup to automatically replicate the info in the text box.

I don't even know how to google for this info so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
