Default Next Page Indicator

I don't know if there is something like this already or if it is even possible.

I have a PPT which is many slides. I used it for lecturing in my classroom.

Some slides have animation and so forth.

It would be nice if there was a small indicator on the screen that would appear when the next click go to the next slide.

For example, I may not remember when a slide has finished all its animation an so forth. I want to know when my next click will advance to the next slide. Perhaps a red icon could appear in the footer area to indicate this.

Thanks
