Greetings!
I've been playing with the new equation editor in version 2010; it's the "same" version as the one found in Word 2007 & 2010. (The PI symbol) When I use the Word version, I can create an equation then "Save Selection to Equation Gallery...". This means I can instantly bring up the same equation again and again - even in a new document. This feature doesn't seem to be available with the same equation tool in PowerPoint (& Excel). Does anybody have any info on this? Am I missing something? Can I copy this Word equation database I have over to PowerPoint/Excel via Windows? Thanks! Bryan PS - (some minor issues of mine while I'm talking PowerPoint anyways) The Wordart bending/shaping seems terrible. Is there a way to simply BEND text along a curve? PowerPoint seems to deform the words every time to "give the appearance" of 3-D perspective; it's gross - especially with short words. Currently, I am importing pre-made text with CorelDraw. PPS - Is there a way to print a selection of pictures in their true size? If my slide prints out at 110 cm by 90 cm, I want to know beforehand if the resolution is good enough to make professional images! |
