Default changing the colour of text box highlight in PowerPoint v.x

Hello there,

When I use image background, it automatically highlights text box and not able to see what I am writing.

e.g. Insert dark background as jpg file, then whenever text box is activated it highlight as white so that I won't be able to see any white text on it unless if I deactivate the text box.

Is there any way to change the colour of this or deactivate highlighting system?

Many thanks in advance.
Miki
