Default Brand colors in place of standard colors in word, excel and powerpoint for all O365 users

I need to add brand colors into our default Word, Excel & PowerPoint for all our O365 users.

How can I add these customized colors?

How can I add more 6 colors, I need to add 10 colors

Can we rename “Custom Colors” to “Brand Colors”

How do I deploy this for all users across our O365 tenant
