Uncrop a picture?

I have a picture in Powerpoint which I've cropped. The crop position reports the crop at 2.27" left and 0.55" top. Unfortunately, I've lost the original picture. So I'm wondering if it's possible to get it back from PowerPoint. I'd tried changing the crop positions to zero, but that didn't help.

Is is possible to "uncrop" a picture? I'm using Powerpoint 2010 on Windows 7.
