Default image effect + hyperlink from clipboard macro
Hello
I was tasked with a job using powerpoint, and I have 0 experience in using this program the job is simple yet very repetitive Step 1: snip images of news articles talking about subject X Step 2: Arrange all snippits 2 snips a page Step 3: Have a glow on snippits Step 4: Hyperlink each snippit with its online article I am looking to automate steps 3 and 4 having to select effect on 1000+ images is pain having to right click > Link > Paste is also pain usually in MSWord you could record a macro for these type of jobs but I cannot find the record macro button here even in developer tools. What would be the best way to minimize workload on this? |

I know you're talking about steps 3 + 4, but this might help in the meantime for steps 2 + 3:
1 - Images Save all images to the same folder 2 - In PPT Insert > Photo Album > New Photo Album Insert picture from: File/Disk >> select all images in the folder Album layout: - Picture layout: 2 pictures - Frame shape: Center Shadow Rectangle - or Soft Edge Rectangle (Glow is not available) |
