Default A few links opening incorrectly

Link 1:

I have the gmail logo linked to the templates in my Gmail account. Problem is it won't open because it is opening in the wrong Google profile and saying I don't have a Gmail email with this profile.

(see attached image)

I have two google profiles: my business one and my personal one.

Most of the links need to open in my business profile, and they work fine, but I don't use Gmail for my business email, so my Gmail is in my personal browser. Is there a way to modify the link to tell it to open in my personal Google profile browser and not my business one?

Link 2

I have a linked object: the icon for Microsoft Word that opens a Word document. The problem is the Word document only opens on the presenter's screen, not the audience's screen.

How do I get the linked object to display on the audience's monitor?
