Help with creating an image

Hi,

I would like to create something similar in my presentation (figure attached).

I have tried many SMart Art features but unable to get the symmetry as shown.

Any pointers on creating this?

Don't know if this helps, just brainstorming here ...

SHAPES
---------

Insert chart >> pie >> doughnut

Edit data >> 5 x 20%

Series Options:
- Fill and Border: all the same colour
- 1 part: Fill + Border 100% transparent

Insert Shapes >> Block Arrows >> Chevron >> use 5 white-filled chevrons to create the arrowheads

TEXT
-----

Insert Shapes >> Basic Shapes >> Oval

Type text in oval

Shape Format >> Text Effects >> Transform >> Follow Path >> Arch

Format Oval to No Fill and No Line (or both 100% transparent)
