Making an object sway around as if attached to the top??

Hello! So, I've been using PPT for a while now, and I've an into an issue that I haven't found the answer to, despite searching for hours.
I want to make the object in the image move as if held by something at the top and sway around, is that possible?

Do you mean like a pendulum or something else?
