Default Image in a predefined box

Hi, I'm trying to create a lay-out with a small picture box in which a logo should be imported (for different companies so will not have it in the master). It works fine but the image comes in in original size and what I'm looking for is a function or pre-define so the logo is always aligned central and should fit the box without being stretchec or cropped. (fit content proportionally). Maybe there is not such a setting in ppt.

If not please let me know so I do not spend more time on this.
