Hello,
I want to convert a word document to PowerPoint. I use office 365. In my previous version of MS Word I clicked on "send to Microsoft PowerPoint" and the document got converted. In Word 365 I still have that button but nothing happens when I click on it. After doing some research I found out that I need to use the online version of word now. There is the "export to PowerPoint" function under "export". When exporting it there, it unfortunately screws up my formatting and I can't find a way to fix it. My word doc looks like this: Sentence 1 Sentence 2 Sentence 3 Sentence 4 etc. I want each sentence on a different slide. I have put everything in headline 1. Yet unfortunately, I only get the first sentence on its own slide. Sentence 2,3 and 4 are on the same slide. I hope I have explained my problem well enough to be understood. Can anyone explain me what I need to change in order to get this done? Thanks Regards |

You do not have to use the online version you may need to add the send to ppt to the QAt.
However you should use Heading1 style for a Title of a new slide and Title 2 style for the text Title (in H1) text (In H2) Text2 (in H2) New slide Title (in H1) |
