Highlight one line at a time
Please tell me how to manage the attached poem. If possible, I want to display it one line at a time within one slide.
In the first slide, I want to start with the first line of the poem, then add the second line and so forth until the last line has been added to complete the entire poem. In a second slide, I want to display the first line, then blank it out and display the second line (in a different colour) alone below the space occupied by the first line, then the third line alone in the third space, and so forth until the last line is displayed alone at the bottom of the slide. Thanks, Bill |

Unless someone else has a better idea . . .
PowerPoint animates objects one at a time, it has not been my experience that it can differentiate how to animate lines of text within an object. Therefore, if you want to have the first line appear separately from the following lines, they will all have to be individual text boxes. If you want the 1st line to appear and then disappear before the 2nd line animates, then they will also have to be individual text boxes which you'll have to animate accordingly. |
