I'm doing a memorial presentation for those in my high school class who have already died. I've setup a standard format I want to use with some text (like the person's name), a small picture used in all slides, and the one photo that changes from slide to slide, the person him/herself.

I copy the initial slide, change the name & DOB, then replace the main photo. I then have to rebuild the animations (entry, delay, exit) on the photo cause it's new for the slide.

Is there anyway to replace the photo without losing the animations?
