If it's 1 animation that has to loop: you can double-click the animation in the Animation Panel >> Timing tab >> Repeat >> Until End of Slide
If it's a sequence of animations: you can insert an audio file, mute it, set it to loop, add bookmarks to it and trigger your animations to the bookmarks. There was a more elaborate explanation on YouTube but it seems to be a private video now – - YouTube.
