Default set the inserted table default font size

We are using Office365. We have a power point template. If we are inserting tables from Word, Excel to PPT the default font size is always modified. How can I set up this?

Have you tried selecting/copying the table and its contents, then using the Paste tab (down arrow) in the Ribbon, then Paste Options > Keep Source Formatting (K), or right click in a slide and in the Paste Options, opt for Keep Source Formatting (K).
