Default how to access a background object

hello

can you tell me please how to select a text box, or photo that is dropped in the background and there are other objects at the front, so that there is no way to click it in order to access it?

thanks

I would simply right click on the objects in the front, and "Send to back" one by one. When you get to the one you want, the order of the others will still be preserved. Now, if this must be done on every slide, this may be impractible, and if so, is it a problem with the design of the Slide Master, that you could fix instead?
