Black Box in Powerpoint Voiceover
I used to use an older version of PPT
Now the school updated me to the most recent However, when I record over PPT, there is no longer the icon of a speaker on the lower right hand corner. Now it is a LARGE black box. I attach a copy (sorry, the PPT is in Norwegian, but please explain in English) If i click on the black box, I get the audio control. Also, it still works. All is fine. But in some slides, the black box obscures the equations. First question: how do I shrink the size of that black box in ALL slides of a recorded PPT. (some have 100 slides and I cannot go back and resize each one) Second: how do I modify PPT so that all future recordings do not have that black box icon, but return to smaller picture of an audio speaker? (It is possible, maybe, that when the school installed the new PPT, that they failed to install the icon for the speaker, and this is the default. As I search on the net, some people explain how to REMOVE the icon, but that only removes the sound. I do not want to delete the recording. I only want to delete the icon of the box (or shrink it) Or, best: put the speaker icon back. Or maybe that black box is a placeholder for MY PICTURE or image or me talking. In any case, I do not want it. I want to return to the image of the audio speaker -- or something smaller... In ALL slides of the five PPT so far and in all future recordings. |
