powerpointbry is on a distinguished road
Default Make "Keep Text Only" the default past option in PP2003

Is it possible to make the paste option "keep text only" a default in powerpoint 2003?

I am having to transfer text from one presentation to another and I always have to select this option from the paste box so figured it would be much easier if I could just change this to the default paste option!

Also, If I copy text from a table in one presentation and paste it into another in a new one, the text remains in the same font it was in and there are no paste option. I have to manually change the font and size each time to match what the new table is. Is there anything I can do here to speed it up?

I have been looking into macros but I've never used them before and the ones that I have tried out didn't work for me but I'm willing to learn if that is the road I need to go down.

Thanks

Bryan
