Transfer contents from 1 powerpoint file to another
Hi there, new to the forum
I'm not sure if this can be done easily but I'll ask the question anyway and see... At work I use PowerPoint to create work instruction documents for the assembly line. I have hundreds of different files which I usually print out as hand outs but we are moving over to a computer based system instead of printed documents which is going to be much easier to manage. As the documents were printed out before, I created them all using a portrait template that I made up, but since they are now going to be viewed on a monitor screen I would like to change the layout of them to landscape. Due to the portrait layout design I can't just change the design template so this is where my problem begins! Am I stuck with manually changing all of these files or is there an automated way of doing it? |
