I am using PP as part of Office 365.

I have recently set an arrow with a new color and weight as default with "set as default line" command from context menu. But now this is affecting all other line shapes--a straight line, curve, brackets, everything appears with an arrow at the end. Is this an error with the software or have I done something wrong? If the latter, please help me how to undo this default and get my plane lines back.
