How do I do an animation with the bullet points where only one point is visible at a time?

Hello,

Essentially I would like to have an animation where one bullet point appears it disappears and the the next bullet appears and disappears and the next one appears and disappears. In other words, i want only one bullet point to be showing at a time while the other ones are invisible.

How can I do this?
