Which factors determine whether Powerpoint uses the first chart as a logo?
Hi everyone,
my name is Tom and although i am certainly not an PPT expert, i work with PPT on a regular bases. Currently i am working on a database which is supposed to store a large number of Powerpoint presentations. The database will be integrated in SharePoint. When uploading the presentations i realized that some of the presentations where visually represented by the standard PPT logo, whilst others were displayed with the first chart of the presentation as a logo. And i realized it is exactly the same on my desktop, some presentations just show a PPT logo, others have the fist chart as a logo. Since i would like all presentations to be visualized with the first chart of the presentation, i have tried to figure out what factors influence that but i cannot find a solution. So hopefully there is an expert within this forum who could help me. Thanks a lot in advance and best regards, Tom |

Open the Presentation
File >> Info In the right hand part of the dialog choose ADVANCED Properties http://www.pptalchemy.co.uk/images/adv.png You should then see an option to SAVE PREVIEW PICTURE in the Summary Tab |
