Default Photo collage on a single page

Hi I'm trying to get 50 smal! Photos on a single page, either landscape of portrait. These are faced for a charity quiz I'm running. I insert the faces, choose format etc. However, some of the faces then appear beyond the edge of the background. When I then save, those faces aren't visible. They don't have to all be on a single page,as not printin. Whether then all to show on the file created. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Are you using a particular layout? The most flexible would be BLANK layout. Check the HOME Tab and pull down the LAYOUT button.

Is your slide a particular size? Use the DESIGN tab and click on the SLIDE SIZE. If you are only going to project this slide, it is best to know if your projector is a widescreen or standard.

Are you inserting a photo, or are you filling a shape with a photo? Using the INSERT Ribbon (Pictures), or are you double-clicking on a

Are you unable to move the photo after it has been inserted?

Hi

Yes, using one of the preset layouts. It’s one that positions my photos together and allows text for numbering.

I can use the Design tab to find slide size. However, I don’t have a projector. I simply with to create and save a file to then send to family and friends.

Yes, I’m using “insert photo”.

Yes, I can move photos around.

It would be much easier if I could upload an image of my problem.

Thanks again.

Your description of the photos landing outside the slide borders suggests it was meant for a wide-screen format, but that it was placed on a standard slide or that you are adding to the template assuming it will automatically correct itself. I don't think there is a one-button solution. I think you will have to move the photos and/or additionally modify the template.

I am attaching a sample file with a few photos off. If one of these photos appears to be doing what your own file is doing, let us know which -- possibly that can suggest a solution. This template was designed for the widescreen mode.
